Entzule

Record the meeting.
Keep every word.

Entzule records the conversation, writes down what was said, works out who said it and summarises the lot. All of it happens inside your iPhone: no account, no password, no server.

It is not on the App Store yet. Leave your email and I will write on the day it ships, once and nothing else.

I use your email for this and nothing else, and one click in any message takes you off the list.

What it does, plainly

An hour of talking becomes ten pages of text. Entzule's job is to turn that into something you will actually read the following Tuesday.

Records and writes

European Portuguese and English, recognised on the phone itself. Watch the text appear as you speak, or lock the screen and forget about it.

Tells the voices apart

Every block of text is attributed to the person who said it. It gets this right most of the time, not every time: you listen to a voice, type the name, and the rest of the transcript follows.

Summarises and decides

Half a dozen lines on what happened, the list of who took what away, and a mind map of the topics so you can see the whole meeting at a glance.

Learns your jargon

"Sapizu" becomes SAP ISU, "OKes" becomes OKRs. Correct it once and it stays corrected in every recording after that.

Where all of this happens

Inside your phone. That is not a marketing line: put the iPhone in airplane mode and it still records, transcribes, separates and summarises.

Never leaves your iPhone

  • The recorded audio
  • The transcripts and the names of the people in them
  • The summary, the mind map and the dictionary

What reaches me, and nothing more

  • A count of which features get used, so I know what to improve
  • An installation code, the store region and the plan. No name, no account, no advertising
  • Nothing you recorded, wrote or corrected

Planned pricing

The free plan limits quantity, never quality: you get the whole app, with a ceiling. And whatever you have already recorded stays yours, readable and exportable, plan or no plan.

Questions before you ask them

When does it ship?

It is being built and tested on an iPhone. I am not promising a date: leave your email and you will know the day it reaches the App Store.

Does it work without internet?

It does. Transcription, voice separation, the summary and the mind map all run on the phone. You need the network once, to download the model for each language.

Which languages does it recognise?

European Portuguese and English, in two slots you switch between with one tap in the middle of a meeting. The full list is whatever your iPhone recognises on the device itself.

Can I record a work meeting?

Telling people the conversation is being recorded is the responsibility of whoever records it, and in many places it is also a legal obligation. The app says so before your first recording.

Is there an Android version?

No, and none is planned. The app is built on the speech recognition Apple ships inside the system.
