These terms cover the entzule.app website. The Entzule app has its own terms, shown inside the app, and any purchase happens through the App Store under Apple's conditions.
What this site is
An informational site about the Entzule app, with a form for anyone who wants to be told when it ships. Nothing else is sold or contracted here.
The waiting list
- Leaving your email is not a purchase, a reservation or a pre-order, and it entitles you to nothing.
- I write once, when the app ships. One click in any message takes you off the list.
- Only sign up an address that is yours.
Prices
The figures shown on this site are planned and may change before launch. The price that counts is the one the App Store shows you, in your store's currency and with its taxes.
Content and name
The text, images, code and the name Entzule belong to the author. Quote and link freely; do not copy the content and present it as your own, and do not use the name or the visual identity in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist.
Availability
The site is offered as it is. I do what I can to keep it up and accurate, but I do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and information about an app that has not shipped yet may change without notice.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer you keep the rights the law gives you, and you may use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
